There are numerous health benefits of Yoga in a largely sedentary modern lifestyle, not limited to the physical but also cultivating awareness of the mind and emotions.

Clients can book a private one to one session to explore the practice in depth, and sequences will be tailored to your needs, abilities or health issues. I am trained in multiple styles and can offer Hatha, Vinyasa and Yin yoga depending on your requirements. We can also discuss the philosophies of Yoga, or try a guided meditation to calm a busy mind.

I can also hold sessions in the workplace, and have experience working with a leading preparatory school delivering a full day staff wellness event.
